Day 01

The first day is a full immersion in your brand and your business. We deep dive into your DNA and your target market. Once we share a full understanding of your culture, your project, your promise and its emotional potential, we define the creative tools to make it happen.

Day 02

The next day, we work on the creative expression of your promise to prepare the best possible customer experience. We flesh out the main organizing idea and map out the mechanics for optimal impact at each touchpoint.

Day 03

At this stage, we focus on the details. We challenge and refine each element, possibly with the support of guest participants. With a global vision of your offer and its creative expression now in place, we present our first precise graphic approach.

Day 04

Today, we produce and contextualize all the elements that define your experience at every touchpoint. We anchor your offer in real conditions and create everything you need to project yourselves and live it like your customers.

Day 05

On the last day, we hand over everything you need to bring your project to life. We give you full control of all the files and their sources so that you can use them freely, as well as all the keys to iterate our thinking on future experiences.

Organized in 2-day sessions, the Fllow Masterclass can host up to 4 startups.

As project leaders, you all have your own particular needs. We welcome you whatever stage you're at. Depending on the maturity of your project, we will work together on different aspects of your brand platform, including your name, baseline, logo, tone-of-voice, graphic identity and communication campaigns...

Process

Collective:
Introduction to our method.
Presentation of dedicated workshops for each project.

For each startup:
A graphic designer is assigned to your project under the direction of our creative directors.

Collective and Individual Work Phases: Each Fllow Masterclass is an opportunity to interact with other startups faced with similar challenges and interrogations, and to exchange on the work in progress. As well as creators, all participants become beta-testers of their new concepts.
